onefortyfour® is a South African streetwear brand based in Pretoria West. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through onefortyfour.xyz.

We collect the information you give us when placing an order: name, email address, delivery address, and phone number. We also collect IP address and browser information when you sign up for our newsletter, for POPIA consent logging.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to process and fulfil your order, communicate about your order, send you the newsletter if you opted in, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share your delivery details with our courier partner to fulfil your order. We use Yoco to process payments — they receive your card details directly and we do not store them. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for five years as required by South African law. Newsletter subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights
