These terms govern your use of onefortyfour.xyz and any purchase made through it.

1. About us

onefortyfour® is a South African streetwear brand based in Pretoria West.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Payment is processed by Yoco. An order is confirmed only when we receive payment confirmation from Yoco — the success page alone does not guarantee payment.

3. Shipping

We dispatch within 7 working days of payment. Delivery takes 3–7 working days within South Africa. We do not ship internationally.

4. Returns

You may return items within 7 days of delivery under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or not as described.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, onefortyfour's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
