We ship within South Africa only. Here is what to expect.

1. Dispatch time

We dispatch within 7 working days of confirmed payment. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order leaves us.

2. Delivery time

Delivery takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping zones and rates

• Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth): flat rate.
• Regional and outlying areas: flat rate, slightly higher.
• Free shipping applies above a purchase threshold — the amount is shown at checkout.

4. Tracking

Your shipping notification email includes a tracking number and courier name. Use the courier's website or app to track your parcel.

5. Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at info@onefortyfour.xyz with your order number.

6. International shipping

We do not ship outside South Africa.
