Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong, here is how to resolve it.

1. Your right to return

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you may return items within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

2. How to start a return

Email info@onefortyfour.xyz with your order number and a description of what you are returning. We will reply within 2 working days with return instructions.

3. Return postage

Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described. In those cases we will arrange collection or reimburse your postage costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Yoco.

5. Exchanges

We run small drops with no restocks. We cannot guarantee the same item will be available in a different size. If you want an exchange, email us first and we will check availability.

6. Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
